Silicone Dripping Injection Dispensing Molding Process
1. Add pigment. Add pigment to liquid silicone to obtain colors. The 12 dropper machine can work 12 cavities and 12 different colors at the same time. One machine can save 4 to 6 workers.

3.Programming and dripping of liquid silicone rubber
4. Mix and add pigments to the solid silicone raw material.
5. Cutting, Weighting and shaping
6. Thermal curing: Heat the mold to allow the liquid silicone material to be cured by heat.
7. Co-injection molding: Place the solid silicone material on the liquid silicone material that is cured on the mold.They then mold it into the mold cavity, compressing the silicone between the top and bottom plates.
8. Demolding: When the silicone is completely solidifed, the vulcanization molding machine will automatically release the pressure, and the tool mold will come out and open for the molding operator to take out the molded silicone parts.
9. Trimming burrs : During vulcanizer machine molding production process, silicone burrs can be trimmed through favorable designs, better tooling and accurate material weight . Burrs are mainly removed manually, and low-temperature deburrs can also be used in some cases.
